Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Pawable by Aradox Marketing.
We truly appreciate your support toward our mission of helping stray and shelter animals. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Return Eligibility Criteria

Pawable currently does not offer returns for change of mind, size issues, color preference, or personal liking.

However, you are eligible for a replacement or refund if:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a defective product

  • You received an incorrect product

Requests must meet our verification requirements.


2. Return Timeframe

You must notify us within 7 DAYS of receiving your order if you believe the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Requests raised after 7 DAYS will not be accepted.


3. Refund Process and Timing

Once your request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing may take 10-15 business days after approval.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


4. Exchange Options

We currently offer free replacements for:

  • Damaged products

  • Defective products

  • Wrong items delivered

Replacements will be done in 5-10 days after verfication.

Replacements are subject to stock availability.
If the product is unavailable, a refund will be issued.


5. Damaged / Defective Product Handling

To initiate a claim:

  • Email us at pawable.in@gmail.com

  • Attach clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • Mention your Order ID and registered contact details

Our team will review and respond within 3 business days.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling

  • Products without original packaging, tags, or proof of purchase

  • Clearance or sale items (unless damaged/defective)


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/defective/wrong item), Pawable will bear the return shipping cost.

  • For all other cases, return shipping is not applicable as we do not accept preference-based returns.


8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
