Shipping partners may vary based on your location and order size.


2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

In case of high order volumes, processing may be delayed by an additional 1–2 business days.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Once shipped, your order will be delivered within:

  • Metro Cities: 7-10 days

  • Other Locations: 15-20 days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

We may offer free shipping during promotions or special campaigns.


5. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number and tracking link.

You can use this to track your shipment in real-time.


6. Delivery Issues & Delays

Pawable is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier company delays

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

  • Natural calamities, strikes, lockdowns, or force majeure events

7. Failed or Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal by the customer:

  • Re-shipping charges may apply

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting forward and return shipping costs


8. International Shipping (If Applicable)

Currently, we DO NOT offer international shipping.

If international shipping is enabled:

  • Shipping fees and delivery timelines vary by destination

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if any) must be borne by the customer

  • Pawable is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
